Training with a power bag enables the body to use its core stabilisers more efficiently so that the transfer of energy can take place during even the most complex of movement patterns. It provides a feedback mechanism to assist with the development of all movements being high quality. It requires a high level of co-ordination within each movement and increases the strength and stamina with which these co-ordinated movements can be carried out.
