AlphaState single cross beam
Description
The AlphaState single cross beam links different upright beams to form a full station rig. The beams come in 1.1m and 1.8m lengths. These sturdy cross beams allow for suspension exercises such as pullups, muscleups, gymnastics rings exercises as well as TRX suspension exercises.
