The Free Flow K024 is a multi-functional complex that comes with a wide range of outdoor calisthenics equipment: pull-up bars for chin-ups, a Swedish wall section for calf or knee raises, an inclined bench for crunches and a push-up bar for triceps extensions. These and many other physical exercises help to improve users’ fitness level and health. Optionally, two pull-up bars can be re-designed and extended.

K021 outdoor complex is perfectly suitable for any environment – from grassy parks to sandy beaches. For extra safety, all the structural parts of this outdoor calisthenics complex are secured to robust support columns with TÜV-quality aluminium clamps.
