The Free Flow K040 is a multi-functional complex that comes with three types of outdoor calisthenics equipment: pull-up bars for chin-ups, a Swedish wall section for calf or knee raises and two inclined benches for crunches. These and many other physical exercises help to improve users’ fitness level and health. The complex also includes gymnastics rings and a rope, each attached to a horizontal bar. Optionally, two pull-up bars can be re-designed and extended.

K-040 outdoor equipment complex is perfectly suitable for any environment – from grassy parks to sandy beaches. For extra safety, all the structural parts of this outdoor calisthenics complex are secured to robust support columns with TÜV-quality aluminium clamps.
