Ground Base Combo Decline - Nemesis Series Plate Loaded

The Nemesis Series Ground Base Combo Decline is a high-performance plate-loaded strength machine designed to combine the decline press and low row movements, while in a standing position. The machine loads at opposite points allowing users to perform a twisting motion in a decline plane, and handles provide its user with stabilisation during single-arm exercises. The Ground Base design keeps the user's feet firmly planted on the ground, while maximising power and explosiveness from the feet up.
