Iso-Lateral Super Incline Press - Nemesis Series Plate Loaded

The Nemesis Series Iso-Lateral Super Incline Press is a high-performance plate-loaded strength machine designed to effectively isolate and strengthen the upper chest muscles and shoulders. The Iso-Lateral Press was blueprinted from human movement. Separate weight horns engage independent diverging and converging motions for equal strength development and muscle stimulation variety.  The back pad is angled at 40 degrees for stabilisation and to eliminate hyperextension of the spine.
