The Gymway EZ Curl Barbell is built for triceps and biceps training. We specifically include our patented bushing sleeve system* to ensure an optimal rotation and avoid unnecessary stress to your wrists. Featuring high grade carbon steel with 28mm shaft.

The Barbell comes with light coating of oil for protection and may require 1-2 weeks of use before sleeves rotate at full potential.
