The Nemesis Series Standing Biceps / Triceps offers dual quality pressing and pulling exercises in one space-efficient machine. This machine effectively targets the front muscles of your upper arm while the triceps extension movement focuses on the posterior part of your arm. It also features an ergonomic cam pulley that maintains equal and consistent resistance throughout the whole exercise.
